Delivery Practices:

Once you confirm your order to our Customer Services Executive, our Operations Team mobilizes at a pace to deliver your ordered product. An Invoice number bearing your order/Shipment Tracking Number is sent to you through Email & SMS.

Upon reaching your doorstep, our rider will give you a call on your cell/door bell. Kindly make yourself available or dedicate someone responsible to receive the parcel for on time delivery.

Rural Areas:

Before reaching to your doorstep, our rider will give you a call to set a meeting point and time for delivery. Kindly make sure of your availability or dedicate someone responsible to receive the parcel at given time and place.


Please note that receiver will not be allowed to open the sealed parcel before full payment. The Rider/Delivery Agent is not allowed to take open parcel back or return any payment to you. Kindly don’t force him to do the same. Later, if you find any issue with the product/item, you may contact us at our official number and our Customer Service Executives will guide you further.


Kindly make sure to provide private delivery address like work, home, shop etc at the time of order. As we don’t deliver any order to public places like streets, restaurants or café etc.
