Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Need an Exchange? No Problem! Everything will be adjusted as per your wish. Shopland offers you a very convenient Exchange policy (Win Win Policy). Because we always care for our valued customers. We offer 3 days Exchange warranty on electronics products. We will be happy to exchange. In this regard it is recommended to please go through our Exchange Policy. It will help you to understand the procedures.

Important Note:

Your claim (electronic items only) must be registered with Shopland at 03127883333 through Call/ WhatsApp/ SMS within 03 days from receiving the product from our rider. And we regret to help you for any Exchange if you don’t provide us the followings:

  • The unused product (Must be eligible for return).
  • The original receipt/invoice of shopland.
  • The original packaging along with all accessories, manuals and tags.
  • Your claim must be registered with us within 3 days from receiving.

  • For Exchange, just contact us at our official number. After getting guidance from our Customer Services Executive, please return the product (along with a written note for the new product) to us at our official address. Please fulfill all the mandatory requirements mentioned in the Important Note above. Kindly pack the product properly to avoid any damage. Our Quality assurance team will evaluate the product and its packaging. If the things found satisfactory, we will send you the new product you mentioned in your note. Difference of Price (If any) will be adjusted.

    If the returned item(s) doesn’t meet our quality check criteria, we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you again. Please note that we are bound to make only 2 attempts to deliver your product. Make sure to be available for a scheduled delivery.


    Note:

    It is very important to understand the difference between Product Pictures and the Real Product. Manufacturers and Companies use High Resolution Cameras, different Lightings and Backgrounds to enhance its features etc. Thank You for your understanding.
